You may choose one of four payment options
which have to be carefully followed if you would like to purchase goods shipped to an international address:
1. Pay online with your credit card:
Step 1) Check to see if we ship to your country.
We only ship to the following countries:
If your country is not listed, then unfortunately we can not process your order with a credit card.
Step 2) Use your billing address for your shipping address.
Due to the fact our Address Verification System does not work on international addresses, we
can only ship to the billing address. If you wish to have a separate shipping and billing addresses, you will have to use one of
the two other payment options discussed below.
Step 3) Enter your billing address exactly as your bank has it on file.
We are required to phone your bank and verify the accuracy of the billing address. If we can
not confirm the address with your bank, we will not process the order and it will be canceled.
Note: If these steps are not followed exactly, your order will not
be processed even if you get an approval code while checking out.
2. Pay online through PayPal.
Step 1) Send us your order details.
Proceed to add items to your cart and use the checkout process. If your Country is not listed,
use the closest Country listed in the "Country" field and place both your State/Province and Country all in the "State/Province"
field. Complete checkout steps 1, 2, and 3. Proceed to the final step 4, and simply exit (do not enter credit card information).
Your order information will all be saved and recorded. Please
us with your name to let us know you placed your order, and inform us that you intend to complete your order through PayPal. We will
then send you a confirmation email that will contain your order number.

your order and you will be issued an order number.
Step 3) Login to your PayPal account and send payment to DY
Jewels.
Go to http://www.paypal.com and login to your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account
and would like to register for one, click here to sign up
for one.
In your account profile, click the "Send Money" tab at the top of your page. Enter in the following information for the
fields in the form:
Recipient's Email: sales@dyjewels.com Amount: Amount specified while checking out, including shipping cost if any. Type: Goods (non-auction) Subject: Order #XXXXXXXXXX (refer to the confirmation email we sent you). Note: Any notes you wish to enter.
Once we get confirmation from PayPal your payment has been made, your item(s) will be shipped.
Note: Any funds which have been transferred by echeck or marked "uncleared"
will not be shipped until the funds are verified to be "cleared."
3. Mail in a money order or certified check:
Step 1) Send us your order details.
Proceed to add items to your cart and use the checkout process. If your Country is not listed,
use the closest Country listed in the "Country" field and place both your State/Province and Country all in the "State/Province"
field. Complete checkout steps 1, 2, and 3. Proceed to the final step 4, and simply exit (do not enter credit card information).

Make payment out to "DY Jewels". The amount should be the sum of all the item(s) you
wish to purchase and a charge of $22.00 for International shipping. Please be sure the currency is in US dollars.
Step 3 ) Mail in payment.
Send your payment and a copy of the email correspondence to:

Once the draft is received and validated by our bank, your item(s) will
be shipped.
Please note: Money drafts made in some countries
may be held up to 4 weeks to be cleared. Please check with your financial institution for details.
