us first. We will give you a Return Authorization #, and only then may ship it to us. We will not accept any packages which do have a RA#.
We will work with you to expedite the process and ensure it goes as smoothly as we possibly can. The time to credit your account varies depending
on the credit card payment method used. Ten business days is the standard time required for the charge to be fully reversed and appear on
