| What determines the price of jewelry is obviously how much precious metals and the precious gems (if any) it contains. Therefore since their purity, weight, quality, etc. are the determining factor in their price,
we take accuracy very seriously when we state any specifications we quote you.
Gold, Palladium and Platinum Jewelry:
All precious metals jewelry gram weights listed on the site are approximated from the manufacturer. Your jewelry may weigh more
or less that the specified weight (within +/- 10%). If it underweight we will pro-rate and credit you the difference accordingly. If the jewelry
is overweight, you will not be charged for the extra metal it contains.
Diamond Jewelry:
The total carat weight (cttw) is guaranteed to be a minimum of the weight as stated for any particular item.
For example, 1/4 cttw diamond stud earrings are guaranteed to have 2 diamond totaling a weight of 0.25 carats or greater.
The diamond clarity, color and cut of all diamonds we sell are guaranteed to be within the specified tolerances as listed
on the site when viewing the details of any item. Appraising diamond jewelry is something done by a real human person, which is why there
can be differences in opinion. This is why we scrutinize our diamond qualities and hold such a high standard, so no matter who appraises our
jewelry, they will agree our specifications were accurate.
Our 110% diamond accuracy guarantee is very simple; If any gemological institute or independant appraiser of your choice should state
our diamond qualities are not accurate in any way, simply return them to us with a certificate they issued you, and will receive a 110% refund
of your purchase price. This is how confident we are about the accuracy of our diamond qualities.
