Some of our "custom made" items are are highly customizable created just for you to your exact specifications. Rather then offer a bland selection with limited alloys, diamond qualities, etc we always strive to offer our customers a wide variety of customizable configurations
for jewelry. When you click on the item to view
the enlarged photo you will be directed to a details page. The
details will indicate where the item is manufactured. If the item
says does not say "custom
made" or "special order" then there is no restocking
fee.
For custom made and special order items returned for
an exchange, we will rework or resize any custom made jewelry
at no charge to you. In fact we will continue to exchange your
custom made jewelry and absorb all labor losses
that went into making it and shipping costs to ship it to you until you are 100% satisified. (Note: This service is provided at our discretion as long as we feel it is not being abused.)
No other jeweler is committed to your satisfaction with custom
made jewelry like we are, because we feel these items are a reflection
of our own craftsmenship and we take great pride in our work.
For custom made and special order items returned for
a refund, a 25% restocking fee minus shipping expenses will
be assessed if you would simply like to have a refund and are
not interested in an exchange.
In order to qualify for the 30-day return, you must return your
jewelry post-marked no later than 30 days after the date of which
you received it. If you have any questions, please
us prior to placing an order. Please also note there is a $10
charge for the jewelry box if it is not returned with the jewelry.
In the event you place an order and your card has been billed but you later decide to cancel the order prior to shipment, there is a 3% non-refundable charge. This is due to the fact that the credit card companies charge us to process your credit card and these fees are non-refundable to us even if we issue a full refund.
