DY Jewels provides a complete appraisal report with every diamond jewelry purchase. This report is prepared by a third party independent gemologist, which is accredited from the world renowned Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

Buying a diamond without a scope analysis is like buying a plot of land without a survey, or buying a computer without knowing it's specifications. How do you know what you're getting? Did you know cut is the most important factor when it comes to a diamond's ability to shine? All round diamonds over 0.40ct we sell are well cut and have an incredible sparkle. Incidentally, these are the same cut specifications used by GIA for Fine to Ideal cut diamonds.

Many people mistakenly believe that they must actually see a diamond to determine its quality, but in most cases only a trained gemologist with the proper equipment and training would be able to see in detail all the diamond's characteristics. But with a proper appraisal, a megascopre report and a little education, it’s easy to know whether a diamond meets your requirements. With a report you always know what you’re getting — according to the exact measurements, proportions and grades listed on the report — regardless of whether you’ve seen the stone.

When you get your diamond, inspect it and verify our specifications. If anything whatsoever is not as specified or promised, we will refund your money 100% immediately, and issue you a $50 credit for your gas, time and shipping expenses. This is how confident we are. Or if you don't like it for any reason at all, simply return it for a full refund less shipping. We always look to overachieve, and all diamond specifications are always minimum.
